Mary Pearson Duke, 88, of Stephens Street, Roanoke Rapids passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Signature Healthcare in Roanoke Rapids.

The city will begin opening up the Roanoke Rapids Theatre to those interested in renting the facility.
