Halifax Academy Vikings Varsity football team opened their 2018-19 season at home Friday night August 24th with a win.

The Vikings beat the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans 30-20 to open the season.

Game stats:

Offense

Cameron Podruchny was 2 of 5 passing for 7 yds.

Eli Harris had 20 carries for 201 yds with 1 TD.

Harrison Hardee had 12 carries for 72 yds and 2 TDs. Hardee also had a 60 yd punt return for a TD.

Cameron Podruchny had 5 carries for 15 yds.

Eli Harris had 1 reception for 4 yds.

Harrison Hardee had 1 reception for 3 yds.
