Weldon police are looking for two people who committed an armed robbery at a store in the 200 block of East Second Street Monday night.
Chris Davis was sworn in as Weldon’s new police chief this evening, taking over the position left vacant by the departure of James Avens.
Two Weldon men were charged with the theft of a refrigerator Sunday following a break-in.
The Weldon Police Department is investigating an armed robbery which occurred shortly before 7:15 this evening at a store in the 100 block of East Second Street.
