Tarboro, North Carolina, William  Weaver, age 78, passed  away on December 2, 2018.  He  was  born  December  10,  1939  in  Norfolk,  VA  to  the  late  Johnny Weaver  and  Mary  Porter.  

William  was a member  of  the  St.  Luke  Church of Christ.

He  leaves  to  cherish  his  memories:  his wife; Emma Pollard Weaver, two  sons;  Wilbur  Knight  of  Tarboro,  NC,  Thurman  Knight  of  Washington, DC, four  daughters;  Jacqueline  Fields  of  Goldsboro,  NC,  Marilyn  Randolph  of  Greenville,  NC,  Joyce  Jones  of  Roanoke  Rapids,  NC,  Undrea  Pettaway of Whitakers, NC,  twenty-five  grandchildren,  forty-six great grandchildren,  two  great  great  grandchildren  and  a host  of  other  loving relatives  and  friends.

Funeral  services  will  be  held  at  1:00  PM  at  St.  Luke  Church  of  Christ  on  Saturday,  December  8,  2018  with  Reverend  Dr.  James  Brown.  Burial  will  follow  in  the  Eastlawn  Memorial  Gardens,  Tarboro,  NC.

A  viewing  will be  held  from  7:15 - 9:15  PM on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the funeral home.
