Council clarifies concealed weapons change

As it stands after city council's vote this evening, it will be OK to carry concealed weapons on the Roanoke Canal Trail.

City council this evening reversed a decision it made in October of 2012 to deny a special use permit to a company wishing to put a cell phone tower on private property on Jackson Street.

An Enfield man was jailed on $100,000 bond after allegedly exposing himself to a group of underaged girls Sunday night.
