It is the latest design within the company, which allows customers to eat inside or out and also has a chalkboard where children can doodle while they wait.
The new restaurant also has a drive-through.
Location was important, Crum said.
The old location, he said, “Just didn't work well. We needed a bigger space.”
Crum is the person who took over the franchise after it closed in 2011. “We took it over and it's done well. We were looking at several locations. We wanted to be close to the old one. We liked it being close to the high school and close to downtown.”
Crum has been with Domino's since 1987 when he started as a delivery driver while attending North Carolina State University.
The management team at the restaurant includes supervisor Mike Tant, general manager Kim Kirk and assistant manager Angela Fahey.
The store is open weekdays from 10:30 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturdays until 1 a.m.
