As of 10:30 p.m. here are the known delays and closings:

Halifax, Northampton, Roanoke Rapids and Weldon schools will operate on a two-hour delay Thursday.
Halifax County Sheriff Wes Tripp reports due to the uncertainty of the weather, the Fundraiser Benefiting the Children of Halifax County has been canceled.
Those who have paid, will have their money returned.
