Agent C.L. Dixon of the City County Drug Task Force says Antwann Knight, 23, associates with people in that neighborhood.

Dixon said in a statement shortly before 3 p.m. he was in the Church Street area following up on drug complaints when he observed Knight throw an insulated cup under a car and attempt to walk away.

The agent located 24 grams of marijuana and a digital scale inside the cup.

Dixon arrested and charged Knight with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Knight received a $15,000 bond and June 22 court date.
