RRPD blotter: December 24-26, 2016

The Roanoke Rapids Police Department reported to following, according to Deputy Chief Andy Jackson:

December 24, 2016
At approximately 12:45 a.m., Master Officer Roy Ball charged O’neil Aguiiar Ramirez, 24, of Roanoke Rapids, with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a brief investigation into a drug activity report he received.
Ramirez was jailed under a $2,000 bond.

December 25, 2016

At approximately 10:39 p.m., Lieutenant Perry Parks charged Lanett Monquese Kiah, 20, of Halifax, with driving with license revoked, resist, obstruct and delay and and two outstanding orders for arrest.
She was placed under a $300 bond for the driving and resisting charges and $500 for the outstanding orders for arrest.

December 26, 2016

At approximately 12:08 a.m., Officer Jamie Hardy charged Troy Antwan Henry, 24, of Roanoke Rapids, with possession of cocaine and marijuana as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges came as a result of Hardy investigating drug activity in the area of the 200 block of Franklin Street.
Henry was placed in the Halifax County Jail under a $1,000 bond.
