Even though most kids do not love going back to school, most do love getting to shop for new school supplies. Unfortunately, there are many families in Halifax County that do not have the money to get their children all of the supplies they will need to be successful in school, this is where Valley Cheer thought they could help out.

Valley Cheer collected school supplies to be handed out to those children in need of them in Halifax County and are proud to say that our children collected over $500.00 worth of supplies. “I am so thrilled that our cheerleading family is so willing to help out the community” states Head Coach and Owner of THE ROCK Heather Merritt “It warms my heart to be able to help out so many children, that’s what THE ROCK is all about, caring for children”.
