Kipp Pride high suffered its second consecutive loss to open the season by a 42-8 score to Village Christian.  KD Goode rushed for 150 yds on 22 carries and Larry Cotton added 64 yards on 14 carries as Kipp moved the ball well but commited turnovers and penalties at critical times.  Leading tacklers were Larry Cotton with 8 and Philip Butts with 6.  Kipp has an open date next week and travels to Pasquotank on Sept. 13.
