Roanoke Rapids JV boys basketball fall to 2-1 overall record

Roanoke Rapids Yellow jackets JV boys basketball hosted Weldon Chargers Wednesday night. Weldon earned the win 58-54.

Weldon #30 D. Stephenson RR #31 Antonio Boone Weldon #21 K. Arrington

 

Leading scorers for Weldon were K. Arrington with 20 points, J. McGee with 12 points, K. Pittman with 11 points and M. Arrington with 9 points.

Weldon #21 K. Arrington

 

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were Semaj Smith with 14 points, Dre Terry and T. Simmons with 12 points each and Ty Kearney with 7 points.

Tyler Acree is out with an injury suffered in the last two seconds of the Northwest Halifax game Tuesday night.
