Soccer Lady Jackets earn second win

Roanoke Rapids soccer team traveled to Durham School of the Arts Monday.

 

Roanoke Rapids earned the lead with approx. eleven minutes to half-time when Harley Shearin scored a goal.  Kayla miller followed with a goal before half giving Roanoke Rapids a 2-0 lead at half.

Durham School of the Arts answered with goal with approx. fifteen minutes remaining in the match. Miller answered one more time with a goal giving Roanoke Rapids the win 3-1. Roanoke Rapids no has a 2-3 overall record.
