Not a good opener for U10 softball.

 

The RVGSL U10 All-stars fall in Area tournament opener to Dare County having a hard time settling their nerves in with a young crew.

 

Hoping to return today and show what they are made and capable of on day 2 of play. Coach Ott stated, “I hate day one started this way for these girls but I know their potential and heart will show through tonight. These are young but talented girls who just let theirs nerves get the best of them last night."

 

 

Game 2 tonight (Friday) at 7 PM against the winner of the 330 elimination game between Ahoskie and Currituck.
