Detective Obert Wiltsie said in a statement the theft was reported on July 30.
A Massey Ferguson tractor was taken from the property between the dates of July 23 and July 26.
The color of the stolen tractor is rusted red and grey over the rear tires. It has a metal seat.
Wiltsie said this afternoon that thus far there have been no reports of the tractor showing up at any scrap yard. It is unclear how the tractor was removed from the residence.
