The KIPP Panthers JV boys basketball team just came off a two game win when the Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets crossed the river Thursday night.

The Yellow Jackets earned the win beating KIPP 59-54.

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were: Tyjarek Simmons with 15 points, Dre Terry with 14 points, Josh Elias with 7 points,

Quincy Vann with 6 points, Tyreese Simmons with 6 points, Armontti Harvey with 4 points, Cameron Rogerson with 4 points and James Mallory with 3 points. Roanoke Rapids JV boys have a 3-4 overall record.

Leading scorers for KIPP were: Jarvis Adams with 20 points, Jamari Moore with 14 points, Wallace Ransome with 12 points, Antonio Davis with 6 points and Maurice Williams with 2 points.
