Area students from Southeast Halifax Trojans, North Edgecombe Warriors, Weldon High Chargers, Tarboro Prep and Enfield Middle coached by William Watson and coach Pendergrass played the 11th/12th grade division.
The team earned the Championship Sunday afternoon.
The following were players: Quantarius Harrell, Ahmad Pittman, Chris Hendricks, Diane' Blackmon, Karice Ransome, Qua'shawn Garrett, Roshon Norfleet, Brandon Barnes, Triqual Clark and Dejuan Day.
