The Roanoke Rapids Lady Jackets hosted Warren County Eagles Friday night.

The Jackets out hit and outscored the Eagles winning 3-1.

Sierra Hearp pitched 7 innings for the Jackets. Hearp allowed 4 hits, 1 run, 2 walks, 6 strike-outs and 2 hit batter by pitch.

At the plate for the Jackets there were 5 hits in the game, they were Jordan Carpenter, Brianna Allen, Sierra Hearp, Breanna Allen and Camden Bierauer.

Roanoke Rapids improve to 8-3 overall and still 4-1 in the 2A Northern Carolina Conference in second place.
