Lady Jackets shutout DSA

The Roanoke Rapids Lady Jackets traveled to Durham school of the Arts (DSA) Tuesday.

The Jackets beat DSA 18-0 in three innings.

Breanna Allen pitched for the Yellow Jackets all three innings. She allowed 1 hit, no runs and earned 7 strike-outs.

Top hitters at the plate for the Jackets: Hunter Martin 3 hits & 1 RBI, Jordan Carpenter 2 hits, Sierra Hearp 2 hits & 2 RBI's, Abbey Acree 2 hits & 3 RBI's.

The Jackets travel to South Granville Wednesday afternoon.
