Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.
The regular meeting will follow at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is for City Council to receive a presentation by Hayes Consulting Group for the draft 2030 Strategic Plan.
