Roanoke Rapids Public Library will now host a Family Reading Event on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 11:30 am at Centennial Park located at 600 Roanoke Avenue.  

We are postponing from the original date of Thursday, June 18 due to forecasted inclement weather.  

Ruby Mason will read the book “Butterfly Park” by Elly MacKay.  

After the reading, there will be an activity and a coloring page for children to take home.  

This program is free to the public, family-oriented, and registration is not necessary.
