Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Roanoke Rapids Theatre Loan Agreement and hold a Closed Session to Consult with the City Attorney on a Legal Matter as allowed by NCGS 143-318.11 (a)(3).
