Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12(b)(2), notice is hereby given that the Meadows Sewer District Board will meet on Monday, August 7, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room on the second floor of the Halifax County Historic Courthouse, 10 North King Street, Halifax, North Carolina.

The purpose of the meeting is to address certain matters related to an application for a grant through the USDA Special Evaluation Assistance for Rural Communities and Household (SEARCH) program, and such other administrative matters as may come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the public.
