NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the North Carolina General Statute 143-318.12 that the November 20, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Halifax County Board of Commissioners scheduled to begin at 5:30 P. M. has been canceled.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the North Carolina General Statute 143-318.12 that the location of the December 8, 2023 Regular Meeting, Retreat, of the Halifax County Board of Commissioners scheduled to begin at 9:00 A. M. has changed from the Center for Energy Education to the 4-H Rural Life Center located at 3763 Highway 903, Halifax, North Carolina.

Anyone requiring special assistance to attend the Halifax County Board of Commissioners Meeting should contact Andrea H. Wiggins, Clerk to the Board and Assistant to the County Manager, at (252) 583-1131 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
