Roanoke Rapids High School results from Tuesday's Cross Country Meet at Southern Vance High School. All 8 conference teams competed in the meet.

Coach Snead said after the meet, "Today was a very good day for our teams.  It was a beautiful day to run and our teams took advantage of it as 10 of our 16 runners set season best times.  I am really pleased with the way we ran today."
