Roanoke Rapids varsity boy basketball team earn birth to Championship Saturday

Roanoke Rapids beats Northwest Halifax 62-56 in Warren County Holiday Tournament Friday night. 

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were Taylor Norton with 19 points, DJ Jones and Cameron Yarboro each had 13 points, Colton Clemmons with 7 points.

Roanoke Rapids will play winner of Warren County/Southeast Halifax game for the Championship  Saturday night at 7 PM at Warren County High School.
