The Ring of Fire” – Clary’s Speedway Joins FASTRAK Sanctioning for the 1st Time in 2014

 

FASTRAK PR – The 2014 racing season is quickly approaching especially after the Christmas Holidays have concluded. FASTRAK Companies International is hard at work to get the exciting 2014 underway. In doing so we are happy to announce a new race facility on board for the 1st time ever to be sanctioned by the FASTRAK Racing Series beginning in 2014. The 3/10th mile “The Ring of Fire” Clary’s Speedway located in Brinkleyville, North Carolina will now mark as the 3rd track to jump on board in the Eastern Mid-Atlantic United States joining County Line Raceway in Elm City, North Carolina and Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, Virginia which is set to host the World Championships III for the 1st time ever October 2-4 in 2014.

The Clary’s Speedway built back in the 1980’s named as Champion Raceway Park was a former NASCAR sanctioned track is now excited to host the FASTRAK Racing Series Pro Late Models running with the Steelhead Late Models beginning on Friday nights in 2014. The facility proudly owned by the Clary family of JC Clary and Marcia Reed is now being operated and promoted by Brenda and Jimmy Holcombe from Elm City. Brenda is also the co-promoter of the 3/8th mile County Line Raceway also FASTRAK sanctioned with Brother James Upchurch. They will also be working very closely with Bill Sawyer and Dave Seay at Virginia Motor Speedway since the tracks are very close in proximity to each other. Clary’s Speedway will compete on Fridays and Virginia Motor Speedway will run on Saturdays.

Clary’s Speedway is really excited to be a part of the FASTRAK Racing Series in 2014.” stated PR Manager – Steve Summerlin. “As crate racing continues to gain momentum in the Southeast, we are happy to offer the crate drivers a place to race. With Clary’s – “The Ring of Fire” so close to Virginia Motor Speedway, we hope drivers will look to Clary’s on Friday night and some select Saturday nights to gain those valuable national points for the World Championships. We look forward to the 2014 season!!” concluded Summerlin.

Both Clary’s Speedway and FASTRAK Corporate management are also locking down some potential dates for the FASTRAK Southeast National Touring Division and ULTIMATE Super Late Models Series also in 2014.
