GCP is king of Gaston in middle school basketball

GCP girls wrap up their regular season today with a 24-15 win over Gaston Middle.

Elena Miller had 16 points and Shakirah Banks had 3 points .

Pride girls finished tied for third in the RMSAC conference play with a 8-6 record. 9-7 overall.

GCP boys clinched 2nd place in the RMSAC conference with a 51-32 victory over Gaston Middle.

Jarvis Adams had 14 points and Tarik Adams had 12 points.

Pride boys finish the regular season with a 11-3 record in conference play and 13-3 overall.
