Cornerstone Christian varsity boys basketball team are CAANC Champions

#3 seed Cornerstone upset #1 seed Victory 54-51 in the CAANC conference championship game in Henderson Saturday.

Leading scorers for Cornerstone were Steven Reese with 18 points, Jordan Camperud with 16 points, Ben Sloan with 14 points and Hunter Hedrick with 6 points.

Jordan Camperud and Ben Sloan were named All-Tournament while Steven Reese was Tournament MVP.

Cornerstone girls lost earlier Saturday to Heritage 50-26 finishing fourth in the conference tournament.
