The Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce oversaw two events this week — the Monday ribbon-cutting at SERVPRO and the Tuesday groundbreaking for Toyota of Roanoke Rapids.

SERVPRO

SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids celebrated a grand reopening at their new location at 801 Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.

The business is under new ownership by Stephen Phillips.

Toyota

A groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting was held for the future location of Toyota of Roanoke Rapids at 1836 Premier Boulevard.

Owner Joe Marshall  and General Manager Doug Stovall joined the ceremony along with Metrocon General Contractors, city officials, and others.

The new dealership is expected to open by February or March and the current location at 1615 East Tenth Street will remain open until that time.
