A Roanoke Rapids man who hadn’t been seen since Saturday afternoon has been located.

Roanoke Rapids police Chief Shane Guyant said this morning that 57-year-old Lemuel Jerrell Turnage is safe.

He was last seen at 325 Madison Street.

He had been dropped off at this location by a family member.
