A celebration of life service for V.C. Bruton will be Saturday, May 22, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church.
There will be a visitation following the service.
Mr. Bruton passed away on October 15, 2020.
He was a prominent figure in Roanoke Rapids for several years.
He and his wife, Diane, moved to Virginia where Mr. Bruton passed away.
A funeral service was held in Richmond but his family wishes to have a memorial service in Roanoke Rapids.
