Atlee Weaver Gordon, 92, of Roanoke Rapids, NC died Thursday, October 28, 2029, at Vidant North Hospital.

Mrs. Gordon was born in Brunswick County, VA the daughter of the late Richard Cleveland Weaver and Rosa Beatrice Chambliss Weaver. 

She graduated from William R. Davie High School and was formerly employed with the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District.

Surviving are: a daughter, Joy G. Gregory and her husband Bobby of Fuquay-Varina, NC; three grandchildren, Candace Porch of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Kelly Cherry and Brandon Gregory both of Fuquay-Varina, NC; Seven great grandchildren, Ryan Wyantt, Chase Cherry, Ayden Cherry, Roger Dale Porch, III, Gentry Ray Gregory, Gunner Laine Porch, Slade Stone Gregory; several nieces and nephews.

The Family will receive at Wrenn Clarke & Hagan Funeral and Cremation Service, 1015 West Fifth Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at Victory Baptist Church, Monday, November 1, 2021, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Jeremy Kobernat, officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Cemetery.
