On October 31, 2021, Phillip Harley Babcock Jr. passed away at age 62.  

He was the beloved son of Mary Ellen Eastwood Babcock; brother of Victoria O’Toole; and uncle of Kelly O’Toole-Leonard (Andre).  

He is also survived by an aunt, Pamela Eastwood (Donald), and several cousins in North Carolina.  

Born in Washington, DC, he grew up in Alexandria, VA.  

He succumbed to a number of health issues at Fairfax Inova Hospital.  

A special thanks to Fern Pitchford of Littleton, NC for her help during this trying time.  Thanks to concerned neighbors and friends.  Also thanks to the doctors and nurses at Inova Fairfax Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC, where he will be interred beside his father.
