Tommy George Cook, 74, passed away on June 16, 2023. He is the son of the late Gordon and Alma Cook. 

He was also preceded by his brothers, Rodger and Jimmy. 

Tommy is survived by his wife, Irene Cook, children, Michael and Tammy, step children, Eugene, Tony, Scott, and Ben, sisters, Betty and Beth, ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. He loved to fish, play pool, and build things. 

Tommy loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 19, 2023 at Conwell Family Cemetery with Pastor Timothy Dean officiating.
