The Roanoke Rapids High school Yellow Jackets football team hosted KIPP Pride Friday night at Hoyle field for some preseason head to head action. 

The two teams worked several ten reps on Offense then ten reps on Defense for each team then proceeded the second half with live game action four down situations.

Roanoke Rapids open their 20-19 season Friday August 23rd at Home hosting Northampton County with a 7 pm Kickoff while KIPP Pride host their season opener the same night against Louisburg.
