The Roanoke Rapids High School Lady Yellow Jackets soccer team opened it's 2019 season off on the road Tuesday night against Granville Central.

Roanoke Rapids kicked off thier season with a 11-4 win.

Goals for the Lady Jackets were Catherine MacNichol with six, Ella King with two, Morgan Davis with one, Brittany Milan with one and Logan Abram with one.

Lady Jacket Ella King had one assist.

Hannah Moseley had five saves in the goal for the Jackets.

The Lady Jackets hit the road agin Wednesday traveling to Louisburg.
