Man sought in Walmart larceny.
On Saturday around 12:30 p.m., Officer Ryan Cross responded to a larceny call at Walmart.
Loss prevention reported a person described as a light-skinned black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt or jacket took items from the store and fled.
Suspicious person in parking lot
This morning around 2:45, Master Officer Gorton Williams responded to a call of suspicious activity in the Hampton Inn parking lot.
Hotel staff reported a person described as a black male was seen looking inside a parked vehicle.
Williams was unable to locate the person in the area.
He wore a black coat with a San Francisco 49ers emblem on the back, blue jeans and brown boots. He was last seen walking toward the Holiday Inn Express. There were no surveillance photos immediately available.
