Cornerstone closed, Gaston Prep closed, Northampton County Schools closed/optional work day, Northampton County offices delayed until 11 a.m., Roanoke Rapids City schools 2-hour delay, Weldon City Schools closed, Halifax Academy closed, Halifax Community College 2-hour delay, Halifax County Schools closed, Haliwa-Saponi Tribal School closed, Northampton and Halifax County courts closed.
