An Enfield man arrested Wednesday allegedly had items in his possession which were stolen from an area hunting club, the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office reports.

RICHARDSON Robert

Detective B.R. Nutt arrested and charged Robert Richardson, 18, with two counts of possession of stolen property, according to a statement by Chief Deputy Scott Hall.
The breaking and entering of the Enfield area hunt club was reported on June 24 and investigation led Nutt to a Nash County pawn shop where she recovered a stolen generator.
Multiple items were taken in the break-in, Hall said.
The list includes the following:
A 2014 Honda Pioneer ATV
A Honda Rincon ATV
A red, 44-inch rough cut swisher mower
A John Deere riding mower
A gray ATV disc
A green Kawasaki Prairie ATV
A Rigid generator, which was recovered in the pawn shop.
Continued investigation, Hall said, led the detective to an address on Fishing Creek Road where the two ATVs were recovered in the backyard.
Nutt said the value of the two ATVs and generator total more than $20,000 while the remainder of the items total around $10,000.
She said investigation continues.
Richardson was released on $3,000 secured bond and has a July 27 court date.
Hall said anyone with information on the disc, the John Deere mower or the Kawasaki 700 is encouraged to call Nutt at 252-583-8201 or Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
