Donald Neil Knight, 53, of Irvington, Alabama, face two counts of first-degree sex offense and two counts of sex offense by a person in a parental role.
Captain Andy Jackson said Knight was arrested late Wednesday night after a witness reported to a hotel clerk the offenses allegedly occurred and involved her underaged male relative.
Jackson declined to name the hotel, but said Knight was arrested there following investigation by Detective Corey Dixon.
He has a July 16 court date.
