A tattoo shop owner already scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on charges filed in August was arrested again today by the City County Drug Task Force.

Agent D.C. Dickens served Tony Lee “Beetlejuice” Taylor, 47, with warrants for selling marijuana, deliver marijuana and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.

Task force Captain Anzell Harris said the warrants served today at 2:15 p.m. at Taylor's East Tenth tattoo shop were based on Dickens' continued investigation that showed marijuana was being sold from the studio called Greatful Dedication.

Taylor is scheduled to appear in district court Wednesday on the August charges Dickens filed that led to the seizure of marijuana, assorted pills and cocaine from the shop.

Harris said the task force is working with the city of Roanoke Rapids on establishing cause for nuisance abatement at the shop.

The Nash County Sheriff's Office and United States Drug Enforcement Administration assisted in the investigation.

Taylor, of Pleasant Hill, was given a $10,000 secured bond and March 18 court date.
