Around 7 p.m. Sergeant Mike Moseley responded to a residence on Jefferson Street for a dispute between family members.
Gary Winston Thomas, 55, of Roanoke Rapids told him that his brother had threatened him and also broke some personal things.
During Moseley’s investigation Thomas was found to have drug paraphernalia,
Moseley cited Thomas for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas has a court date of April 14.
Wednesday
Around 1:30 p.m., Officer Matt Hunsucker responded to Walmart for a larceny.
After speaking with the loss prevention officer, Hunsucker learned Charmain Perry, 43, of Gaston had taken items from the store without paying for them.
Hunsucker arrested and charged Perry with larceny and possessing stolen goods.
She was given a $5,000 bond and a court date of April 7.
