Delays
All Roanoke Rapids city offices will be on a two-hour delay and will not be open for business until 10 a.m.
TJ Davis Recreation Center will be opening at 10 a.m., but all other city recreation facilities will be closed.
All Halifax Regional Medical Center outpatient services and clinics will be open. MRI and Mammography will open at 8 a.m., while the other clinics and services will open at 11 a.m.
