NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING 

A copy of the Proposed Budget for FY 2020 - 2021 for the City of Roanoke Rapids has been presented to the Roanoke Rapids City Council, and is available for public inspection on the City’s website and in the City Clerk’s Office by appointment. A public hearing will be held by the City Council at a meeting scheduled for 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 in the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC. Citizens are invited to make written or oral comments.

LEVY OF TAXES: The proposed budget includes a tax rate of $.651 per One Hundred Dollars ($100) valuation.
