The Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. in the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall located at 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.

The purpose of the meeting is for City Council to consider an amendment to the FY 2020-2021 budget.
