The Halifax County Board of Elections received an election protest from Mr. Jefferson Griffin, candidate for the Associate Justice of NC Supreme Court. The protest was filed Tuesday afternoon.
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. §143-318.12(b) public notice is hereby given that the Halifax County Social Services Board will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room located at 4421 Highway 301, Halifax, North Carolina 27839.
The Halifax County Board of Elections will meet on Friday at 10 a.m. in the Historic Courthouse at 10 North King Street in Halifax to conduct a recount for the associate justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court justice race.
