Upon reaching the Board of Commissioners web page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to gain access to the board appointment application, procedures, qualifications, and guidelines.  Applications are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30 A. M. to 5:00 P. M. in the Halifax County Manager’s Office, email, and by fax to:
