Four players and two coaches of Roanoke Rapids are part of win

The Nashville based High school division travel softball team traveled the short distance to Rocky Mount this past weekend to play in the "NC USSSA Dawg Days of Summer" tournament. Head coach Mike Hearp and asst. coach Bobby Martin along with Roanoke Rapids High School's varsity softball players Sierra Hearp, Hunter Martin, Jordan Carpenter and Brooke McClenny are part of the Carolina Lookouts.

The team went 5-0 this weekend in pool and bracket games to bring home the first place trophy.
