Please welcome Ric-Chara Pina "Ricky" to the Valley Cheer Staff

With years of experience within the cheerleading industry as cheerleader, coach, and gym director she has narrowed her attention on the passion and the purpose of the sport and it's relation to individual accomplishment. She directed Cheer Extreme All-Stars Richmond, teaching her athletes the most up-to date techniques while inspiring them to train from their heart. 

Ricky has competed at The Cheerleading Worlds winning Bronze, Silver, and Gold. 

Most recently cheering and completing on a collegiate level at East Carolina University. “I'm looking forward to working with Valley Cheer cheerleaders while creating an environment and routine that will excel”.
